At BLUETTI CA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BLUETTI CA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached; place them back in their original packaging along with the printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
